1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitFlow you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free and Elite subscribers.

2. Description of Service

FitFlow is an AI-powered fitness application that allows users to generate structured workout routines from text prompts and video URLs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels), track training history, chat with an AI coach, and monitor progress. We offer a free tier and a FitFlow Elite subscription with expanded features.

3. FitFlow Elite — Auto-Renewable Subscription

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing your subscription: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Restore Purchases: If you have previously purchased FitFlow Elite, you can restore it at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall screen.

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. AI Features & Third-Party AI Service

FitFlow uses OpenAI's API to generate workout routines and coach responses. Your directly identifiable personal data (name, email, payment info) is never sent to OpenAI. Only the content you actively submit for AI processing is transmitted.

AI-generated content is for informational and fitness guidance purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified fitness professional or healthcare provider.

5. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@ogy.digital if you suspect unauthorised account use.
• Guest accounts are temporary — sign up with an email or social account to preserve your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Import or share content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from FitFlow.
• Circumvent any usage or access limits.
• Submit harmful, abusive, or offensive content to the AI features.
• Attempt to extract training data or system prompts from the AI features.

7. Video Import — Third-Party Content

When you import a workout from a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reel URL, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to reference and follow the imported workout. FitFlow processes publicly available video content to extract exercise structure and does not claim ownership over any creator's content. FitFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube (Google), TikTok (ByteDance), or Instagram (Meta).

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

FitFlow provides fitness tools and AI-generated workout content for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme. You use FitFlow and follow any workout at your own risk. FitFlow and OGY Digital are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from use of the app.

9. Intellectual Property

FitFlow, its design, features, and original content are owned by OGY Digital and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without explicit written permission. Your personal workout data remains yours.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitFlow and OGY Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, service interruption, or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for FitFlow Elite in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use FitFlow ceases immediately, though you retain access until the end of a prepaid billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Your continued use of FitFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
