1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FitFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of FitFlow, including free and Pro subscribers.

2. Description of Service

FitFlow is a fitness application that allows users to import workout content from TikTok, build structured training plans, track exercise data including weight, volume, and personal records, and share workouts. We offer both a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FitFlow to:

• Import, share, or distribute workout content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the app's source code
• Circumvent any access or usage limits

5. TikTok Content

When importing workout content from TikTok, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and follow the imported workout. FitFlow imports publicly available content and does not claim ownership over TikTok creator content. Respect content creators' intellectual property. FitFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

6. Subscription & Payments

• The Pro subscription is billed monthly at the price listed in the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

7. User-Generated Content

When you share a workout through FitFlow, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of your workout data and content. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

FitFlow provides fitness tools and workout content for informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals and the app does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You use FitFlow and follow any workout at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects resulting from use of the app.

9. Intellectual Property

FitFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OGY Digital and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitFlow and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or financial loss.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use FitFlow ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Your continued use of FitFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
