How it works
No rewinding, no screenshots, no guessing the reps. Three steps, and the routine lives in your library for next time.
Drop in a video link, or type what you want: “45-minute push day, dumbbells only.”
FitFlow pulls frames from the video, transcribes the coach’s cues and identifies each exercise.
Tweak sets, reps and order, save it to your library, then press Start.
Guided sessions
Every imported routine opens in a set-by-set player, so you spend the session training instead of scrolling back through the video.
Your journey
Weekly volume, streaks and totals update the moment you finish. Keep showing up and climb the ranks.

Open the FitFlow Elite upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore. Make sure your iPhone is signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FitFlow, then Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
In FitFlow 2.4.6 or later, go to Profile → Delete Account. Your account, workouts, logs and coach chats are deleted. This doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that first. On an older version, or if it fails, email us and we’ll delete it for you.
Check the link opens in a browser without signing in — private or removed videos can’t be read — and try again on a stable connection. If the exercises aren’t shown or named clearly, the import may be partial: edit the routine before saving, or describe the session instead. Still stuck? Email us the link and your iPhone model.
Most public workout video links, including short clips. No link? Describe the session in plain words and FitFlow builds it.
